Access & Transportation
Salt Spring Island has three ferry terminals, one in the northwest
connecting to Tsawassen and Vancouver, one at Vesuvius connecting
the Western side to Vancouver Island and one from Fulford
Harbour which travels to Schwartz Bay and Victoria at the
Southern end.
There are two companies operating daily all
year round scheduled seaplanes from Ganges Harbour to downtown
Vancouver and also to the Vancouver International Airport.
Despite the property being primarily water
access, there is a licence to drive over a 3 mile low maintenance
two-track road through undulating forests where it connects
to the paved road network of Salt Spring Island. This road
is not open to he public except for hikers. From the start
of the paved road, it is 5 minutes to Fulford Harbour and
15 minutes to Ganges.
By power boat from the private strata pier
and float. The land can access off island services and transportation
on a 24 hour basis not available to the vast percentage of
islanders.

- Fulford Harbour (10 minutes)
- Brentwood Bay where one can keep a vehicle for shopping
and entertainment in Victoria. (7 minutes)
